| At Rudyco, we believe the most important keys to sucessful projects are clear communication and adequate information. This is true whether you're putting up your first site so Grandma can see pictures of the kids or
taking your corporate website to new heights. With the right communication and information, it's simple. When you need it...we build it.
With this in mind, we have developed a three tiered process to best partner with you in accomplishing your goals. |
- Intial meet and information gathering
| We ask key questions regarding your vision of the project, and most importantly we listen
to what you say. We also ask technical questions about your site - current applications running, host, platform and server information, etc. We use this information gathering as a tool to understand your exact needs and expectations.
We will often run some initial ideas by you as we listen to what you need, but we always take all the information we garner back to the table and
brainstorm about the best way to translate your ideas to the web. Then we put together a proposed course of action along with a development time line, cost estimate, and completion date. We bring this back to
you for consideration and fine tuning till we are all satisfied we have a mutual understanding of the objectives and the path. |
- Development process
| We are dedicated to moving your
project into development as quickly and efficiently as possible. We like to have an initial proof of concept within a few days. We will periodically ask
you to sign into our client extranet and review the project's current status. If we run across any issues at all during the development cycle, we involve you in our discussions and
get your input for making decisions as we proceed. |
- Function model
| We will ask you to both review and use the model as intended, noting any problems or final changes. We
will then give the project a final scrub and get the site up and running. |
